Frontend Developer with an eye for design
My name is René Plough Poulsen.
Born in November 1982.
I've been developing stuff for the web ever since 1997'ish.
Me and one of my best childhood friends discovered the "View source" in browsers when we started browsing the web in the 90's. I never looked back! I really got hooked and just started developing by trying things I saw in the mighty source. Later on I started reading small booklets like "HTML for dummies" etc.
I graduated as Multimedia Designer back in 2006. In December 2006 I got my first job as a backend developer, but I found out that the frontend and the more visual part of developing was my true passion so I decided to look for jobs in that part of the tech-industry. After the summer holidays in 2008 I started in my first position as a front-end developer at an advertising agency and I've been in that business since then.
I'm currently working at Gotcha in Aalborg, Denmark and doing small projects on the side at my own small business Aigu.
